Passé the Time

A broken clock is right twice a day. A clock that works but is set to the wrong time, may never be correct.

Everything we’ve created in this world is a distraction from the pain of wanting to know things we simply cannot know. Now, distractions are all we have, so enjoy them. Choose those that fulfill you over those that only offer grief and aggravation.

We mostly judge each other on how we choose to waste/spend our time. I write speculative science fiction with social commentary because there are so many things in life that I wish weren’t real–the things we see every day but for which we can’t find logical explanations. I try to give them reasons–closure. It’s not unlike how I imagine the gods were invented.
