Kids, just stop teaching your parents and grandparents and random older people like me how to use technology so we won’t know how to bash your generation on social media. Without your help, all of us older folks who hold up progress and traffic and everything else, we’ll just quickly fade into obscurity. Adults, if you are over the age of 30 and you’re online bashing intelligent, well informed, articulate, multilingual teenagers who are trying to make the world better in any way, you are the reason they need to. The next time you can’t figure out how to send a fax from your VCR, call someone older than yourself to explain it and see how that goes.

More often than not, those who demand to be respected are the least respectable.

Maybe the utopian/dystopian society in Logan’s Run had it right?
