CON-Fidence

If you find yourself exhausted from having to constantly defend someone or something, it may be time to start questioning whether or not you should be.

That’s way too much work, especially if you’re just wrong.

Also, It’s okay to be wrong, but the longer you are and the more fiercely you defend it makes it all that much more difficult to be forgiven for it.

Be as open to understanding things you’d rather not believe as you are drawn to those you wish were true. Reserve the greatest amount of your suspicion for those who regale you with confirmation and validation that you are right about everything you believe-everything you suspect. While it’s a distinctly easy thing to delight in, you’re not right about everything, and anyone telling you otherwise stands something to gain from lying to you about it.
