If you find yourself exhausted from having to constantly defend someone or something, it may be time to start questioning whether or not you should be.

On a more positive note, we've achieved a seemingly impossible feat of contortion and managed to stick our heads straight up our own asses.

I think one of the biggest issues we face is due to the fact that we’re constantly comparing ourselves to people who can afford to pay other people to handle all the stressful BS life throws at us.

More often than not, those who demand to be respected are the least respectable. Maybe the society in Logan’s Run had it right?
