Some of you will remember my friend, Corban Ford (CB Barbarian) from the Comic Playground Podcast with Frank Caliendo that we were on together, so you already know what a funny and sweet comic book aficionado he is. For the rest of you, this is sincerely one of the most decent, kind, and compassionate human beings I have ever had the privilege of knowing.
His family needs some help, and I would appreciate it if any of you can do so. He and his younger brothers were victims of random heinous crime which left his 12-year-old brother fighting for his life in the hospital with multiple gunshot wounds in his legs. This was the act of unprovoked violence. Corban and his siblings were playing basketball by themselves in a public park when 3 armed people approached them and opened fire. The fund, started by his neighbor because asking for help was the last thing on the family’s mind, will go to matching her reward money for information that leads to an arrest of the assailants and to assist the family with expenses related to therapy after this horrendous ordeal. His brother is progressing as well as can be expected at this time. Please donate if you are able. It would mean a great deal to me and to Corban and his family.
