Hey everyone,
For the past two years, you’ve nominated and voted to make me Phoenix Magazine’s Reader’s Choice Author of the Year. I’m hoping you’ll take the time again this year to nominate and vote for me to win for the 3rd year in a row. If you click the picture below, you’ll go to the ballot. Just type Joseph D. Newcomer into the Author field, answer a few questions, and submit your nomination. You can nominate once a day from now until 3/25, and I hope you will. This honor is extremely helpful in getting free press on my writing and indie publishing company, Dead Star Press, so it means a lot to me. I’m not a well-known author with a major publisher, so it takes all the support I can get to make this happen. Either way, even if I don’t get nominated or win this year, it’s been incredible to have won for 2023 and 2024. If I do acquire enough nominations, the voting will begin on 4/1 and go through 4/30. You will also be able to vote daily, like in the nominations round. Thanks again for all of your support.
If you want to check out my writing and you’re in the Phoenix area, here are some events where I will be selling Dead Star Press books and merchandise, as well as used and vintage books from authors who inspire my work and the work of the other writers who have published with us. We carry a lot of banned and soon-to-be-banned books, and we hope to one day be honored by having one of our publications banned.

I will only be at Briar Patch for 3/23.

Hi Joe,Hope you are doing well!!I tried to open the link to nominate you but it did not work. When looking
