Our biggest issues are zealotry and extremism based on our highly manipulatable fear of losing even the most insignificant and illusory amount of power we believe ourselves to have. Itβs used to pull us to the edges on both sides of every issue, and, en masse, we allow it to. To secure our loyalty, our worst fears are exploited. Radicalization is the side effect, and we are happily running toward the fringes.

On a more positive note, we’ve achieved a seemingly impossible feat of contortion and managed to stick our heads squarely up our own asses.

I am not sure it was squarely up our asses, but we managed to get it so far up there we can see forever!
