The Ruminant Fates of Man

Everyone makes a difference, much of it is done unintentionally. The results are as equally horrifying as those we supposedly learned from. Judge evil by the desired outcomes, but don’t dismiss the wrong done when done absentmindedly, even if the probable eventualities have not or not yet been reached.

We labored under the false pretense that the atrocities of the past were so outlandish that they could never happen in our time.

These notions are illusory.

All of the nothings we’ve done and not done have amounted to this. Here we are, once again, begging at the feet of tragedy. Our fate is self-manifested, the outcome is more of the same, more of the past, regurgitated fates.
